Helping women grow in confidence and connection

About the Hope Course

Confidence isn't something everyone gets to take for granted. A difficult season, a loss of direction, or simply not feeling seen can quietly erode it, and for a lot of women, there's no obvious space to rebuild it. The Hope Course is open to any woman ready to invest in her confidence and wellbeing, whether she's coming through her community or her workplace. It grew out of our early partnership with Open Road, and now runs with a dedicated facilitator meeting a small group one day a week, offering the consistency and encouragement real change is built on.

‍

It's not just about getting through six weeks. Women rediscover their confidence, their voice, and their place in their community and at work, and many go on to join our team themselves, supporting the next group through the same course. We're training more facilitators so more women, in more places, can take part.

This is Kerrie's story

Kerrie came to the Hope Course working on her confidence. One lesson stayed with her: the way she'd talk to herself was often something she'd never say to a friend.

‍

Some weeks felt like too much, and she nearly didn't come back. She did, because of the support in the room, and because the course is there to return to as many times as it takes.

‍

"You're a huge inspiration," her facilitator told her.

Here's what your giving makes possible

£30 covers breakfast, snacks and refreshments for a course: small things that make the room feel welcoming.

‍

£100 funds an aromatherapy session, making candles with the ladies.

‍

£600 sponsors a facilitator for a full six-week course, from first session to last.
